Ryan Madigan brings over 25 years of high-level leadership experience, including Vice President roles in publicly traded companies, into the real estate space with a mission: to make homeownership possible for families overlooked by traditional financing systems. After launching his career in one of the toughest sales environments—door-to-door in New York City—Ryan went on to lead large teams, drive revenue growth, and build systems in both corporate and startup environments. But it was the desire for purpose, legacy, and control that led him to pivot into real estate full time.

Together with his partner Michael Kearse, Ryan co-founded Ameripath USA, a housing solutions company focused on helping working families achieve homeownership—regardless of credit challenges or access to bank financing. Their model goes beyond one strategy; they identify undervalued properties in landlord-friendly, growth-oriented markets and apply multiple exit strategies, including seller financing, rent-to-own, and long-term owner-occupant placement. The goal is always the same: create win-win scenarios that turn underserved properties into owned homes and generate consistent, low-volatility returns for their investors.
